PROUD PARENTS CELEBRATE
Santa Barbara High School celebrated their Senior Prom by electing its first transgender Prom Queen The high school senior celebrated by taking his best friend, a lesbian as his date to the event.
Hundreds of classmates stood and cheered as the couple danced their first dance together. The media covered the event with cameras catching every second.
When the parents were asked, they remarked that they were able to stand and say proudly that their child was the first transgender prom queen at the school. Both parents are advocates for the transgender movement.
When interviewed, Blue (his chosen name) said "I feel like I'm kind of making history a little bit."
I really can't offer up much comment. I will close by saying, He really didn't need to take a date. He could have been King and Queen at the same time. Our world is in real trouble.
