Biden’s Budget Replaces Mothers With ‘Birthing People’

President Biden is getting slammed for trying to cancel mothers in his proposed 2022 budget.

Instead mothers is replaced with “birthing people,” a phrase Democrats recently introduced as new woke language.

National radio host and best-selling author Todd Starnes took a swipe at Biden for his anti-mother edit when refering to the “maternal mortality rate.”

“Clearly, President Biden doesn’t know anything about birthing babies,” the Todd Starnes Show host said Wednesday.

“Clearly, President Biden doesn’t know anything about birthing babies,” the Todd Starnes Show host said Wednesday.

Heritage Action Executive Director Jessica Anderson said the budget erases “mother” and replaces it with the “woke and watered-down term.”

“Why does Biden want to cancel mothers?” Anderson asked.

The language refers to women who both deliver a baby and raise the child as “birthing people.”

BELOW IS AN EXCERPT FROM BIDEN’S BUDGET:

Reduces Maternal Mortality Rate and Ends Race-Based Disparities in Maternal Mortality. The United States has the highest maternal mortality rate among developed nations, with an unacceptably high mortality rate for Black, American Indian/Alaska Native, and other women of color. To help end this high rate of maternal mortality and race-based disparities in outcomes among birthing people—and in addition to the investment in maternal health included in the American Families Plan—the BUDGET OF THE U. S. GOVERNMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 19 Budget includes more than $200 million to: reduce maternal mortality and morbidity rates nationwide; bolster Maternal Mortality Review Committees; expand the Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies program; help cities place early childhood development experts in pediatrician offices with a high percentage of Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program patients; implement implicit bias training for healthcare providers; and create State pregnancy medical home programs.
