Anti-Israel activists protested Vice President Kamala Harris’ rally at the Ellipse in Washington, DC on Tuesday night. The speech was intended to be her "closing argument," as the campaign has leaned into her past as a prosecutor. The speech touched on the conflict in Israel, though not by name, and saw protesters opposing Israel attempt to drown her out. Sirens and car alarms in the background did as good or a better job than the activists did.

The radicals heckled, booed and flew their flags. As Harris came on stage, she was greeted with a mixed reaction. Some of those gathered to hear her speak chanted her name while others offered weak chants of "USA," mirroring Trump rallies, but with less vim and vigor.

The activists also banged on pots and pans and jeered when “Killer Kamala” took the stage, chanting “shame” and “shut it down!”

Harris supporters clashed with the far-left radicals before rushing back to attempt to hear Harris’ speech.

Pro-Hamas activists chanted "Intifada Intifada!" and “Free Palestine” while waving Palestinian flags on the National Mall, an overflow location for the rally. One activist began waving a Palestinian flag to block a screen showing the speech.

Crowd estimates placed the total number of attendees at the rally and protest between 30-40,000 people. Following the speech, anti-Israel activists marched through the streets of DC.

Fox 5 reported that two people, a man, and a woman, were arrested near the rally on charges of assaulting a police officer at approximately 7:00 pm at the intersection of 17th Street and Constitution Avenue, close to the Ellipse, where the vice president was speaking.

Anti-Israel activists have demanded that Harris stop supplying arms to Israel. Harris has given mixed responses to the radicals, often seeming to agree to their demands, then walking back the statements after facing backlash.

While Israeli flags, homemade signs supporting Israel, and Jews dancing in song were often spotted at Trump’s rally on Sunday at Madison Square Garden, the same could not be said for Kamala’s rally. Despite the large presence of Jews, blacks, and Hispanics at the Trump rally, Democratic pundits and MSNBC have continued to falsely refer to it as a “Nazi rally.”

During her speech, Harris made wild claims about Trump including that he "intends to use the United States military against American citizens who simply disagree with him, people he calls 'the enemy from within.'" She also repeatedly lied about Trump's positions.

Attendees appeared to leave the speech early.
