Henry Nowak, an 18-year-old British university student, was stabbed multiple times by Vickrum Digwa, a 23-year-old British Sikh. As Henry lay bleeding out, Digwa claimed he had been racially abused. Police handcuffed Henry at the scene instead of immediately treating him. Henry drowned in his own blood.
