2 injured, gunman dead in shooting at Old Dominion University

A gunman is dead after a shooting at Old Dominion University in Virginia.


University officials said shortly before 11 a.m., a gunman opened fire in Constant Hall.


Officials said two people were injured and that the gunman is dead.


The injured were taken to a local hospital.


Old Dominion University has canceled classes and operations on its main campus for the remainder of the day.
