MY COMMENTARY: Lavoy had his hands up in the air and was unarmed but they shot him in cold blood!! You won't hear anything about this. You won't see the protests for shooting a man in cold blood with his hands in the air and unarmed. You won't see any rioting because the people won't get the truth!!! Sad day!!
