Alex Jones says authorities plan to seize Infowars studios, shut down broadcasts

Alex Jones has said that authorities are looking to shut down InfoWars by seizing its assets in the coming days.

During a broadcast on Saturday titled, "Feds Attempting to Shut Down InfoWars Tonight!" Alex Jones and others on a live stream said that authorities are looking to shut down the Infowars studio. It remains vague at this time which agency the authorities may belong to.

"Well, we got word last night they were going to close Infowars and kick us all out," Jones said in the broadcast.

"Alex Jones just broadcast today that government is right now in the process of attempting to illegally seize the InfoWars studios, to put locks on the doors, then force liquidate all broadcast assets, to silence Jones," InfoWars guest Mike Adams posted online.

Jones received messages of support from his colleagues in independent media.

Steve Bannon suggested that Jones rally his supporters around the building and "put the cameras on them," suggesting that this would be the best strategy to "see who they are, which agencies they're coming from."

The Post Millennial reached out to Infowars’ Owen Shroyer, who provided comment:

“Infowars is always the test case, the first to hit the barbed wire. Censorship, lawfare, imprisonment and potentially being shut down. I hope people heed the warning before they shut everyone down. But if they do shut down Infowars, it will be like the shot heard around the world.”
