Members of Antifa have threatened violence and accused the wife of a judge of being a fan of "white supremacist" Charlie Kirk in the wake of nine members of the militant far-left group being found guilty of various charges, including terrorism-related charges, on Friday.
In the wake of Kirk’s September killing during a Utah campus stop, US District Judge Mark Pittman’s wife wrote, "Keep spreading the Good news, Bishop. The world needs it more than ever. Come, Lord Jesus, Come!" An Antifa member screenshotted her Facebook post and posted it to X, writing that Pittman’s wife "is a big fan of white supremacist Charlie Kirk."
Nine total members of a North Texas Antifa cell were convicted on various charges on Friday for an attack on a Texas ICE detention facility in July in which an officer was shot. Eight of the nine defendants were found guilty of providing material support to terrorists. Additional charges the defendants were found guilty of include rioting, use of an explosive device, and attempted murder.
In addition to going after the judge’s wife, Antifa affiliates have threatened violence against members of the jury as well as The Post Millennial editor-at-large Andy Ngo. One person wrote "f*ck the jury," in response to the guilty verdicts they reached on Friday. Another person wrote, "kill, not f*ck."
One Antifa account wrote on social media, "Andy Ngo is a nazi terror propagandist who has incited multiple massacres. The fact that his identity and location is known yet he continues to operate freely is a condemnation of the western 'left.'" Responding to a photo that stated "Andy Ngo is a threat to our community," another person wrote, "reminder as anarchists are getting imprisoned on bogus charges to watch out for this Nazi and fed-loving snitch."
Another account wrote in response to the verdict, "the only appropriate response for the Prairieland Defendants is retaliation. Don’t let the fascist state go unpunished."
