Appeals court gives Texas VICTORY on banning minors from attending drag shows

The state of Texas just won a big victory in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, with the court vacating a lower court ruling that banned Texas from enforcing a law which prevented minors from attending drag shows.

The high court also remanded the case back down to the district court.
