Hamas bombs Israeli troops in Gaza in 'violation' of truce: IDF

Israeli soldiers suffered minor injuries after Hamas terrorists bombed them in northern Gaza, the Times of Israel reports.

The IDF said the terrorist group's actions were “in violation of the truce agreements."

Three bombs were detonated near IDF troops in two different sites, and Israeli troops were also hit with gunfire, which they answered.

The IDF said its soldiers adhered to the terms of the "cease-fire lines" in their response. Hamas claimed the bombings were in response to Israeli violations of the truce deal.

Israeli Minister of National Security Ben Gvir called for the war to resume in the strip in response to the strikes: "I call on the prime minister not to 'contain' the explosion of explosive devices used against our soldiers, and to order the IDF to return and crush Hamas with force."
