At least five people have died in the wildfires raging across Los Angeles.
Five separate wildfires have erupted in the county over the past two days, engulfing more than 27,000 acres.
The Palisades Fire, the most destructive wildfire in LA history, has destroyed more than 1,100 structures and ravaged 15,832 acres since it broke out yesterday morning.
Eaton Fire, which also began yesterday, left five dead as it ballooned to more than 10,600 acres, while firefighters are also tackling three smaller fires; Hurst Fire (505 acres), Lidia Fire (50 acres) and Woodley Fire (30 acres). All five wildfires have zero percent containment.
Red Flag high wind conditions, which include a combination of low humidity and strong winds, are expected to continue in the area until Thursday evening.
