A teen has been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of Infowars staffer Jamie White that stemmed from a vehicle burglary and took a turn for the worse in Texas. White was shot and killed in March.

The Austin Police Department has arrested one of the four suspects connected to the shooting, who was identified as Eloy Adrian Camarillo, 17, per KXAN, citing police reports. Camarillo was reportedly booked on May 1 into Travis County Jail on charges of capital murder by terror threat or other felony and is being held on a bond of $250,000.

Late in the night on March 9, police responded to a call at an apartment complex near Interstate 35 in Austin. White was found with a gunshot wound to his neck and he was pronounced dead on March 10 at 12:19 am. Officers confirmed that White was an employee of Infowars.

According to police reports cited by the outlet, four suspects were attempting to break into multiple different "Kia-brand vehicles," which are often targets of burglary "due to manufacturing defects that make them easy targets to auto theft," the police stated.

They approached White's green Kia Soul and one of the suspects has been identified as Caramillo, who court documents said was a "co-conspirator" in the killing of White. The suspects stole a black and silver Kia Soul from the complex between March 9 and 11, and a black Kia Soul was spotted by witnesses pulling up to the green Kia Soul belonging to White prior to the shooting.

Authorities were able to obtain information from cellphone towers connecting a number to the locations where the suspects and stolen cars were located after the silver Kia Soul was found abandoned in Travis County. That phone number led police to Camarillo, who was taken into custody on April 30. Camarillo admitted to officers that he and the other suspects in the case broke into the vehicles “with the purpose of joyriding.”

He told police that when White confronted one of the suspects in the vehicle, that is when White was fatally shot, and Camarillo, as well as the three other suspects, fled the area.
