ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE TO HIM WHO BELIEVES

”Jesus said to him, 'If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes'" (Mark 9:23). Faith makes all things possible. Yet, man struggles to believe this. We live among others who have suffered disappointments and may have grown bitter as a result. But, Jesus tells us if we believe, then all things are possible. Believers must recognize this means all things are possible through Christ – not that all things are possible through the believer himself. Once we understand that God is capable of doing all things, we may have peace. Knowing all things are possible through God is sometimes all we need to face our struggles and to overcome them. When we are struggling with believing, we must remember that God is capable of all things. We must place our trust in His promises and believe that He knows what we need and when we need it. We must not allow ourselves to place our faith in anyone or anything but in God only. Jesus is all we will ever need. He will give us peace knowing He has a plan for our lives. Our belief in Him and His endless possibilities also draws others to Jesus. "But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, 'With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible'" (Matthew 19:26).
