YOU ARE SPECIAL!

Man is so special to God. After all, He created man in HIS image (Gen. 1:27). "So God created mankind in His own image, in the image of God He created them." He could have created us in any image, but He loved us enough to create us very special, in His own likeness. By being created in God’s image, it makes our value innate. This value goes into every human being from the moment of conception. We are very special. Everyone doubts themselves on occasion, but if you take a minute, you will see the beauty of God in you. We should never look down on ourselves or others because no matter the race, intelligence, status, etc., every human is equal. We are all special and have purpose, value, and meaning. We can get down on ourselves and think we aren’t worth anything, but how wrong we are: because man is made in the image of God, he is redeemable and worth redeeming. Without it, God would've had no reason to send His Son to die on our behalf. When we die, Jesus takes us to be with Him in heaven where there is no more pain, death, tears, or evil. When you have low self-esteem, remember -- YOU ARE SPECIAL! Teach children, loved ones, and friends that they, too, are SPECIAL. “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well" (Psalm 139:14).
