YOUR BATTLE PLAN

We all are attacked often these days. Satan has a bull’s eye on us because he hates God’s children. He will attack as often as you allow him. Yes, I said “allows him”. He can’t touch you if you won’t allow him. Here’s how you get free from his attack once he’s started. First, Recognize when you are in a battle, realize it’s a real spiritual battle and whatever he’s telling you is a lie a real lie. He’s the father of lies and what ever he’s saying to you, will be a lie. When you are being attacked, say “the Lord rebuke you, Satan”. Zechariah 3:2 : And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke thee, O Satan; even the Lord that hath chosen Jerusalem rebuke thee: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire? You might say, “oh I just have trouble with depression every now and then, I’ll be ok soon”. NO, you are in a battle! Recognize that, it’s a real battle and putting your head in the sand won’t defeat your enemy. REBUKE him, “The Lord rebuke you, Satan!” is what should be coming from your mouth. Stop listening to yourself giving all the false reasons for your feelings. Satan has provided those lies to you so you can believe that lie. Don’t listen to yourself. When you remember these things, recognizing you are in a battle, it’s a real battle and it’s loaded with lies that Satan gives to you and you pass them along to yourself to help Satan keep you down, but when you remember these things, pour out your soul to God right then and there. Open the bible and feed on his words. Spend time with people who will encourage you. Put on praise music which always lifts one’s spirits. This is your counter attack on Satan and it drives him crazy! He will flee. An army doesn’t go to war just to be shot at, they shoot back. This is how you shoot back at Satan.
