HELP FOR THE BROKENHEARTED

These last two years have taken its toll on the world. Many people have passed away leaving a grieving family behind. Children without a parent or grandparent, leaving them feeling sad and alone. To that, we need to extend God’s love to these people. Rather than shun them or just ignore them, we need to take that extra step to do what we can to encourage them. If we know of someone who has lost a loved one, we should send a card, go to them and ask if we can do anything at all for them, or take them something that might cheer them up. Anything that will brighten their day and show God’s love. Friends sometimes don’t know what to do with their pain. Loved ones struggle to find adequate words to comfort their aching heart. But, God’s love can mend the broken heart. Psalms 34:18 -- "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We know that grieving has to take place when we lose someone, but it’s made easier when loving people are around to pick you up when it’s too hard to handle. Hold up their arms as Aaron held up Moses arms. God will bless you for your love.
