Mercy, mercy, mercy. This is what I pray.

Every day- I listen to what the suffering say.

Mercy, mercy, mercy, please make the pain go away.

They whisper their prayer all night and day.

Mercy, mercy, mercy, they know He will hear.

They know He’s there and they have no fear.

Mercy, mercy, mercy, is what they will get

When Jesus hears their prayer for He won’t forget.
